SWEM - Systematic work environment management
A good work environment doesn’t simply come about of itself. Instead it’s the result of committed and systematic efforts. It’s also something required by law, specified in greater detail in the provisions issued by the Swedish Work Environment Authority.
The e-learning SWEM - Systematic work environment management is primarily intended for new managers or managers who need to update their basic work environment knowledge. According to Swedish law, the employer must ensure that managers have the knowledge needed to perform tasks related to the work environment. After completion, the participant is familiar with the basic laws and regulations that govern work environment management and understands their role and the needed work environment tasks.

The training takes 60 min and consists of nine sections. The e-learning can be paused at any time and the participant will automatically return to where they left off. The content varies from movies, texts, interactive exercises and reflection tasks.
In order to receive a diploma and complete the training the participant need to pass a knowledge test.
