The e-learning Remote leadership is designed to guide and advise on how to best lead both virtual teams and individual employees working remotely. The training mainly contains short films in which psychologist and organisational consultant Alexandra Sjöström explains and gives good advice on how to lead remotely and the manager gets answers to many of their questions and concerns.
