Harmful use in the workplace
As a manager, it can be difficult to know what to do when harmful use has been identified in the workplace. After completing the training, managers should feel safer and more confident about what applies and what is expected of them.
The e-learning Harmful use in the workplace is suited for managers but also for safety representatives. The training increases understanding of how harmful use affects the work environment. It provides knowledge on how to work preventively and how to act when a problem is suspected or identified.

The training takes 60 min and consists of five sections. The e-learning can be paused at any time and the participant will automatically return to where they left off. The content varies from movies, informative texts, interactive exercises and small interviews with Hedvig Törneman, a corporate nurse specialised in alcohol rehabilitation.
In order to receive a diploma and complete the training the participant need to pass a knowledge test.
