Conflict management in the workplace

Conflicts arise and will always arise when people with different desires and views work together. But what exactly is a conflict? And why do conflicts arise in the workplace? We’ll answer these and other questions during this course. The course also aims to increase your confidence in dealing with conflicts at an early stage and suggests preventive and corrective strategies for managing conflicts in the workplace.

The e-learning course Conflict Management in the Workplace provides you as a manager and leader with basic knowledge on conflict management and empowers you to identify and manage conflicts in your organization.

The training takes 60 min and consists of five sections each addressing different perspectives of conflict: how to identify conflict, what conflict really is, how to best prevent it and how to manage conflicts that have already arisen.The e-learning can be paused at any time and the participant will automatically return to where they left off. In the training, you will meet two of our experts, organisational consultants and psychologists Isabelle Wright and Charlotte Valleskog, who will guide you through the material, which consists of short videos interspersed with texts and interactive parts. The final section includes a short summary, tips and advice and downloadable material to work with.
