Leadership Develop as a manager and leader

Good leadership is an important factor in a healthy working environment and can make a significant difference to your organisation's results. Managers have a major impact on the perceived working environment and employee performance. That is why the right skills and support are needed to create the best possible conditions for employees, and thereby good results.

We meet with managers, leaders, management teams, HR and teams who want to take their organisation to the next level. Through an exploratory approach in partnership with our customers, we work to develop both leadership and organisation. Feelgood has long and broad experience of working with leadership, health and the working environment.

We meet in a way that suits you. Individually or in groups, digitally or physically.

We can offer most of our services both on site at your premises and digitally in the form of video meetings or digital training courses, lectures and workshops. Together, we tailor a programme that suits you or your organisation. Keep in mind that our services are provided primarily in Swedish, in English on request.

At an individual level, we offer personalised counselling, individual leadership development and coaching. We also offer management team development and group supervision for managers and leaders. Our training programmes include a leadership programme (customised or open programme) as well as open and customised training courses.

Different management teams have different levels of maturity, needs and conditions. The effort for the management team therefore needs to be planned and designed accordingly. A common thread running through the work with a management team is the ambition to strengthen openness and trust within the group. The more complex a group's task, the more important it is that the relationships within the group function well and that stress can be managed.
