Feelgood Svenska AB (publ) publicerar Delårsrapport 1 januari – 30 juni 2021: Återhämtning och god lönsamhet

”Denna halvårsrapport för 2021 väntas bli Feelgoods sista som börsnoterat bolag, sedan den finska hälsokoncernen Terveystalo har tagit över som huvudägare och lagt ett rekommenderat bud på hela Feelgood. Rapporten visar en stabil utveckling under en fortsatt utmanande period. Vi ser viss återhämtning av intäkterna men ännu under nivåerna före covid-19 pandemin. Lönsamheten är god vilket delvis förklaras av en stigande andel digitala tjänster.”

<li style="font-size: 10pt; margin-left: 8px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Resultat före avskrivningar (EBITDA) uppgick till 27,2 mkr (18,5) motsvarande en EBITDA marginal om 13,2 procent (9,9).</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; margin-left: 8px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Rörelseresultat (EBIT) uppgick till 11,0 mkr (2,8).</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; margin-left: 8px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Resultat per aktie före och efter utspädning uppgick till 0,08 kr (0,02).</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; margin-bottom: 11px; margin-left: 8px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Den 9 juni 2021 förvärvade den finska vårdkoncernen Terveystalo genom Terveystalo Healthcare Oy 72,14 procent av samtliga aktier i Feelgood Svenska AB. Terveystalo har som avsikt att förvärva samtliga aktier i Feelgood och bolaget har lämnat ett kontant budpliktserbjudande till kvarvarande aktieägare.</li>

Första halvåret i sammandrag

<li style="font-size: 10pt; margin-left: 8px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Resultat före avskrivningar (EBITDA) uppgick till 47,9 mkr (42,6) motsvarande en EBITDA marginal om 12,0 procent (10,8).</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; margin-left: 8px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Rörelseresultat (EBIT) uppgick till 15,9 mkr (14,0).</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; margin-left: 8px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Resultat per aktie före och efter utspädning uppgick till 0,10 kr (0,09).</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; margin-left: 8px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Feelgood får fortsatt förtroende att leverera företagshälsovård till Volvo Cars drygt 26 000 anställda. Feelgoods uppdrag gäller för hela Volvo Cars i Sverige och löper i tre år med möjlighet till förlängning. Volvo Cars anställda har kunnat ta del av Feelgoods företagshälsovård sedan 2002, då samarbetet startade.</li>
