The web portal

Feelgood's web portal is a central part of our collaboration with our customers and a tool that simplifies both contact and administration related to occupational health services. The portal serves as a shared platform where managers, HR and other authorised purchasers can easily manage cases, follow up on initiatives and maintain an ongoing dialogue with Feelgood.

Via the web portal, you can see which services are included in your agreement, order services and advice, and follow ongoing cases. Here you can also view invoice documentation, see booked appointments for employees with the option to cancel or reschedule, and get an overview of rehabilitation initiatives and costs. The portal also provides support for submitting feedback and accessing relevant information that facilitates collaboration.

The web portal is available around the clock and makes it easy to get in touch with Feelgood – regardless of time and place. We are continuously developing the portal in close dialogue with our customers to ensure that it meets the needs of the business.

Web portal – for purchasers

The web portal is available to managers, HR or other authorised purchasers. You can access it here.

The portal works equally well on computers, tablets and mobile phones. All communication is encrypted and secure, and login information is handled securely in line with GDPR and the Patient Data Act (PDL). You log in with BankID or your work email and password. Your personal login controls what is displayed, what you can do and which employees you can find information about.

All information about employees, managerial affiliation and organisational structure is based on the data we have received from you. For questions regarding access to the web portal, please contact the person responsible at your organisation.
