The Feelgood method Needs-based approach that ensures results

The hub of our work is the Feelgood Method, which creates a link between needs, goals and action. It is an effective working method that puts everything we do in a goal-focused and concrete context for effective efforts. We concretise and organise health work and present it in a solid and easy-to-understand way. Order and clarity, clear guidelines and deliverables give you, the customer, both control and even sharper results. The Feelgood method ensures measurable and visible results where you get a return on your investment. Together, we will:

  • Analyse the needs of your organisation.
  • Agree on focus areas and concrete impact goals.
  • Tailor initiatives to achieve the impact goals.
  • Continuously evaluate that both parties are steering towards the impact goals.

  1. Needs analysis and selection of focus areas
We know that it is not possible to work on everything at once, so we want to focus on the most important areas that will lead you to your desired situation.
  2. Impact goals and measurement methods
Based on prioritised development areas, we work with you to set impact goals for what you want to achieve. We can support you in formulating your goals and assessing what is realistic. Based on the impact goals, we also select appropriate measurement methods, control measures and indicators for follow-up.
  3. Design of the collaboration
Once we know where we are going, we establish a joint plan and allocate responsibilities. The plan sets out: the background, starting point and established impact goals; what measures are to be implemented; where, when, how and who is responsible; how we follow up on the collaboration and the goals.
  4. Implementation of measures
We implement the right measures, according to the plan and thus in line with your goals.
  5. We achieve goals and evaluate
Based on the impact goals and with the help of measurement methods, we evaluate whether we have achieved the expected impact.
  6. We take the next step together with new goals in sight
Once the goals have been achieved, it is time to look towards the next level. Based on the new situation, are further improvements needed in the same area? Or should we perhaps move on to the next focus area? Using the same process, we can now set our new plan and continue to collaborate, according to the Feelgood method.
