Sustainability Feelgood contributes to the Sustainable Development goals
Sustainability is at the heart of Feelgood's business. We work to promote healthy and sustainable workplaces, sustainable managers and sustainable employees. We work for a sustainable society, to promote sustainable business and to minimise our environmental impact.
Every day we work to ensure that our customers are the healthiest in Sweden. We do this, among other things, through systematic and preventive work on the work environment, leadership, employeeship and sustainable health. It is equally important for us to ensure that our employees have a solid foundation for working sustainably and promoting the environment through methods, guidelines, values and knowledge.
We also create positive impacts throughout society by supporting our customers' work with prevention, promotion and rehabilitation in the work environment and health.
We minimise our environmental impact in all our operations and in our daily work, and we promote ethical business principles throughout our value chain.
Our sustainability work is guided by our Code of Conduct, our values, strategic goals and sustainability targets, which are important to our business, our stakeholders and our customers. We follow up the results with established measurement methods and report them internally and externally in Terveystalo's annual report in the section on sustainable.
Feelgood always works in accordance with the laws and regulations that apply to our business. In addition to complying with applicable legislation, we adhere to widely recognised ethical standards, such as the UN Global Compact principles.
We promote the UN's global goals
We have analysed our operations and business plan in relation to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals – the global goals. Of the 17 global goals, we have selected six that are most important and most prioritised to promote in our work.
Global goal 3 - Good health and well-being
Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.
This is our most important goal for sustainable development, as our business gives us the opportunity to contribute to people's health and well-being. Our vision is to have Sweden's healthiest customers. Our services and offerings are designed to help our customers achieve their work environment goals and support their employees in improving their health.
At Feelgood, we act on the basis that we are all each other's work environment. We have a shared responsibility to create a safe, pleasant and inclusive workplace. Each individual also has a personal responsibility for their own health and safety.
Global goal 4 – Quality education
Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning for all.
Feelgood is a knowledge company that provides knowledge and advice to our customers and their employees. Feelgood is a leader in training in the areas of work environment and health. In this way, we help our customers achieve their goals in terms of knowledge enhancement and skills development.
Feelgood is also a learning organisation, and everyone has a personal responsibility for active learning, actively monitoring developments in the world around us and sharing their knowledge. Part of this is the skills development that we as an employer offer our employees.
Global goal 8 – Decent work and economic growth
Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all.
With the help of our services, our customers can reduce sick leave and ill health, as well as maintain and improve the working capacity of their employees. In this way, we help our customers achieve their financial goals.
Our operations prevent ill health, which also benefits society as a whole. Our operations create job opportunities and contribute to social development through tax revenue.

Global goal 13 – Climate action
Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts.
We work based on the global goals of reducing our climate footprint, and our main goal is zero emissions by 2030. This includes reducing emissions and the environmental impact of our operations by switching to green electricity, using low-emission means of transport, reducing business travel and reducing our waste.
We also help our customers reduce their climate footprint from travel by offering digital deliveries, digital visits and digital meetings.
Global goal 16 – Peace, justice and strong institutions
Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels.
Acting ethically and responsibly is a natural part of Feelgood's operations and values. Our Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct help us to ensure that we act in accordance with our values, internal guidelines and applicable laws. The codes of conduct support a corporate culture that takes ethical perspectives and good work ethics into account.
Through our operations and our offering to customers, we also contribute to their ethical work in combating discrimination and offensive treatment.
