Feelgood is an authorised member of Sveriges Företagshälsor (Swedish Occupational Health Services). As an additional form of quality assurance, the trade association has introduced an authorised membership that sets higher standards and which members can apply for. The aim is to ensure high-quality, value-adding services for the industry's customers.
We actively work with quality and the environment
For us, quality means that we always meet our customers' needs and expectations. An important starting point in this work is to continuously and systematically measure our customers' views of our work and our services. The results of our measurements are an important part of our continuous development work. Customer complaints and comments are taken very seriously.
Ultimate responsibility for our quality and environmental work lies with the CEO and our business managers.
We have clear policies and uniform business and operational management with challenging goals for each business area. We constantly strive to raise our quality level through continuous improvements.
Feelgood complies with the occupational health care industry's own quality specifications for Swedish occupational health care. We are certified according to ISO (quality, environment, work environment and information security). ISO is a tried and tested international system for systematically managing a business, in order to satisfy customers from a quality perspective at all levels and ensure systematic work to reduce the impact on the external environment.

The certificate is a seal of quality and means that we are audited annually by an independent certification company, RISE Research Institutes of Sweden AB.
