Digital accessibility Our digitalisation strengthens our proximity to our customers

Digital accessibility at Feelgood is about making occupational health services easy to access regardless of time, place or need.

Video visits

Digital visits are now an integral part of Feelgood's occupational health services. Video visits make it easier for both employees and managers to get in touch with the right expertise quickly, safely and efficiently. Our customers can visit our doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, nurses, personal trainers, health developers or ergonomists in a web-based virtual visit. The solution has been specially developed for secure communication within healthcare.

A large part of Feelgood's services can be carried out digitally. This includes, for example, individual consultations, rehabilitation efforts, assessments, follow-ups, management support and multi-party meetings. At the same time, digital visits are always part of our approach, where digital and physical meetings are combined as needed. This freedom of choice is appreciated by both managers and employees, and the use of digital healthcare visits continues to increase.

Faster access to the right expertise

One of the biggest advantages of digital visits is the ability to get an appointment with the right specialist more quickly. With video meetings, employees and managers can get support from psychologists, doctors, nurses and physiotherapists, regardless of where they are in the country. This reduces waiting times and makes it easier to find suitable appointments. For employers, this means shorter lead times and earlier intervention, which can be crucial.

Accessibility and efficiency in everyday life

Digital visits make occupational health services more accessible in practice. Meetings can be held from the workplace or from home, without travel and unnecessary absence from work. This saves time, reduces stress and makes it easier to get in touch at the right time.

Lower costs and smarter use of resources

By replacing or supplementing physical visits with digital meetings, both time and resources can be used more efficiently. Less travel time and fewer interruptions in the working day contribute to lower indirect costs, while the possibility of faster interventions can reduce sick leave and speed up the return to work.

Positive results with digital visits

Digital visits within occupational health services show good results in terms of quality, effectiveness and experience. Studies show that digital healthcare appointments are in many cases just as effective as physical ones, while also being perceived as time-efficient and accessible. For example, 77% are positive about digital physiotherapy (Fysioterapi.se), and there is evidence that these digital visits work just as well as visiting a physiotherapist in person (DavidAston).
