Work Environment for Employees Online training

Work environment management often stops with the managers and safety representatives, while employees aren’t quite sure what they’re expected to contribute. Incidents go unreported, risks aren’t picked up in time, and the safety tour becomes a box to tick. But a good work environment isn’t created by the manager alone, and employees have both rights and responsibilities in systematic work environment management. This course gives the groundwork: what the work environment is, what governs it, and what each person is expected to do.

The course takes about 30 minutes and ends with a knowledge test that gives a certificate on passing.
