Organisational and social work environment

A good working environment has a major impact on both productivity and profitability. When employees are not feeling well, it is not only sick leave that costs money, but also poorer performance. Sick leave due to mental ill health is on the rise in Sweden, making it increasingly important for employers to improve the organisational and social working environment (also known as the psychosocial working environment). This responsibility is enshrined in law, just as it is for the physical working environment.

Identifying the causes of an unhealthy working environment within the organisation, rather than simply improving individuals' ability to cope with stress, for example, is one of the keys to success. It is crucial to ask the right questions, in the right way, in order to gain a well-founded picture of the current situation and the needs of your workplace. Our knowledge of how to conduct a proper analysis, as well as our high level of expertise and wide range of services for follow-up measures, lead to results. Feelgood gives you a picture of the current situation in your organisation and any shortcomings that may need to be addressed. We can then guide you and implement the measures needed to help you achieve your new desired situation.

Feelgood's organisational consultants help you map out your organisational and social work environment, and then develop it with your new goals in mind. Keep in mind that our services are provided primarily in Swedish, in English on request.

Within occupational health, we can of course also support you in working systematically with the organisational and social work environment, and offer relevant training for both managers and employees, just as we do with the physical work environment.

Well-being, safety and health in the workplace have a major impact on productivity and profitability. When employers see a need to improve the organisational and social work environment, it is crucial for the outcome to start by identifying both risk factors and factors that increase the motivation, commitment and efficiency of the work group. Conducting measurements and surveys is a natural part of the process of understanding the current situation and choosing the right measures.

Together, we choose a possible way forward with measures that give you the desired results in your business. We base our work on the requirements of the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulation 2015:4 on organisational and social work environments. Our mission is to strengthen the workplace's knowledge and ability to take joint responsibility for the work environment for a sustainable working life.
