About the app

The Feelgood app is the portal for accessing Feelgood’s digital health and work environment services. Some areas are available to anyone, and others you will have access to if your or your next of kin’s employer have agreed with Feelgood. Most of the services are accessed by logging in with your BankID.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can anyone log in to the app?
No, in order to log in you will either need to have Feelgood as your occupational health service or your next of kin will need to have access to the service Feelgood Plus via their employer. If you have previously had Feelgood as your occupational health service and then activated the app by approving the terms, you can continue to use the app and the services that are available to everyone.

Is any personal data concerning me stored in the app?
As long as you are not logged in, no data will be registered. When you log in this will be registered and certain data, made clear in each service you use, will be collected.

Feelgood is my occupational health service but I can’t log in: why? 
We need to receive information from your employer regarding your personal identity number before you can log in using your BankID. You may also have received an activation code from your employer to use the first time you log in. We have chosen to use BankID for login purposes as this provides you with a secure log in. Begin by checking with your manager/HR department to ensure that your personal identity number has been sent to Feelgood, or if there is an activation code you can use. If you still have problems, please email tekniksupport@feelgood.se.

I previously had Feelgood as my occupational health service. Can I continue using the app?
If you have previously had Feelgood as your occupational health service and then activated the app by approving the terms, you can continue to use the app and the services that are available to everyone.

I don’t have Feelgood as my occupational health service; can I still log in?
At present, you can only log in if your next of kin has access to the service Feelgood Plus via their employer. You next of kin will also need to register your personal identity number in Feelgood Plus before you can log in. In future, more functions may be added for you so keep an eye on the Feelgood app! 

As Feelgood is an occupational health service provider, why does Feelgood offer private healthcare, even to the entire family?
Feelgood is Sweden’s leading health company for modern working lives. Because working life and private life are inextricably linked, Feelgood also offers support for health problems that are unconnected to your work.

How do I delete my app account?
If you want to delete your account in the Feelgood app, you can do that under Your Page and Handle accounts. We will delete everything that was created while you were using the app. You can't restore it later.
