Work-Life Balance - Stress management (in English)
Would you like to know more about the ways that stress and work-life imbalance could impair your mental and physical health? Would you like to manage stress to experience a higher degree of well-being and more energy in your daily life? If so, this lecture might be of interest to you.
Today we see a drastic increase in stress related symptoms causing ill-health amongst our clients. There is an awareness that long-lasting high-pressure and strain leading to stress without possibilities to recover will have negative consequences on health.
Stress is part of life and does not have to be harmful if it lasts during shorter periods of time and there are enough possibilities to recover. A prerequisite for this is work-life balance and energy levels that prevent us from physical and psychological ill-health. In this lecture you will be provided with tools to recover and refill energy. There will also be time and possibility to ask questions in relation to the lecture.
The following themes will be covered:
- What is stress?
- Demands and resources
- Professional and social support
- Symptoms of stress
- Stress related behaviours
- Preventing ill-health and managing stress
The lecture will be held by an organizational consultant at Feelgood with theoretical and practical experience from work environment related matters.
Managers and employees.
